Hi.

Welcome to my blog!

Wild weekends

Clearly Daddy was on feeding duty here. ^^ But look how happy she is! LOL. Apparently someone is a fan of egg salad (and her really grubby onesie).

I spent most of the weekend trying to defeat a migraine that was seriously defeating me. It would pass for a couple of hours and I would hop off the couch to resume my normal life only to be bedridden in a dark room not long after. It was one of those "makes you sick every couple of hours" headaches. I've only had that a couple of times before... Last pregnancy, mid second trimester with Laura, and a couple of times as a teenager. NOT FUN.

This means Cody was on mom/dad duty for most of Sunday and Monday but he's great at that so overall the weekend went nicely (for them anyway, hehe.)

They invented a lovely game called "put Sister in baskets and see how long she'll stay there". (Not long).

We did eat quite well. Greek food... Need I say more?? ^^

I cooked and prepared snacks during my few good moments so it wasn't ALL Taco Bell and authentic Greek food. LOL. Actually, it wasn't my family who ate Taco Bell two nights in a row. Darn pregnancy cravings! ;)

A few things I'm excited about:

1. My little one's birthday is tomorrow! We're having a small family gathering on Saturday for him. Can't believe my baby will be six.

2. Not long until we'll know the gender of our youngest... I'll do a post on that later. ;)

3. A much-needed blog makeover thanks to a local artist to be unveiled soon.

4. A SUPER SPECIAL guest post that you're not going to want to miss coming soon! Up until now all of my posts have been about MY family, written by ME, but I'm confident that one of the soon-to-be coolest things about my blog is my access to total ROCKSTARS who have agreed to share their advice and insight, people with such wisdom on subjects that interest and benefit us all. So be prepared for relationship/mothering/homeschooling advice from women with REAL experience, food posts from the best cooks I know, marketing, business and career advice from major professionals, and skin/make-up/overall beauty tips from people who actually know what they're talking about. So stoked! Four Fine Lives is definitely evolving and not just because it's growing by one member early next year. ;)

Stay tuned! You're going to love it.

P.S. I have been informed that the "comment" section on my site is just flat out broken. Apparently it refuses to post comments saying you're not "signed in" OR it freezes your computer all together as it "processes" your comment. So sorry for everyone that's experienced the inconvenience, especially those of you having to re-start your computers!! :( Love you anyway! xoxo
