I haven't done a food post for a while so here's a quick run-down of what I've been eating/drinking recently and why!
I eat this ^^ for breakfast almost every day. I whip up a little simple brushetta...
Drizzle of olive oil
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Dash of salt
I spread the mixture on top of gluten-free toast, smothered with mayonnaise, topped with a fried egg. It's just so, so good.
This stuff is death ^^. Two tablespoons of Brewer's Yeast mixed with water. I'm drinking this horrible fluid once a day to help increase/sustain my milk supply which has been seriously dwindling as of late.
Some time during the last few weeks, my weight dropped to almost ten pounds below my regular weight and my milk supply began to suffer as a result. I've never had a problem with it before but I also haven't weighed 110 lbs. in a long time soooo.... (I'm almost 5' 8".)
Anyway, I'm eating 'round the clock and guzzling this crap. Yay.
Street style tacos^^. Just YESSS. I made these for dinner the other night with a side of lime cilantro rice and have happily been eating leftovers since. That's saying a lot because I normally LOATHE leftovers. Yum.
I've also been eating a couple pan-fulls of gluten-free brownies per week but they never last long enough to be photographed. LOL.
